Councillor Simon Battle criticised Campaign chairman Russell Hicks for expressing concern about the Hove parking scheme because Mr Hicks lives in Kemp Town.
Does this mean I, as a Hove resident, would not be entitled to express a legitimate concern about, say, the Pavilion or Brighton Pier? Absurd!
I suspect Simon Battle's attitude is motivated out of fear at the support Campaign is generating with Brighton and Hove residents of all political persuasions.
