While not wishing to enter the Falmer/Albion controvery, I would like to question the logic of a recent letter which seemed to suggest that if a village has already suffered from the recent floods, it is thus fair game for further development.
Using this argument, developers would have an excuse to ruin half the villages in Sussex!
