Oasis songwriter Noel Gallagher is rumoured to have bought a £300,000 Sussex pad.
The guitarist with the hit Britpop band has reportedly snapped up a swish Georgian house in Hove.
He has been spotted drinking in pubs and other venues in the area in recent weeks.
A report in Now magazine suggests he has splashed out on a six-bedroom property near the seafront with three bathrooms and a nursery.
A spokesman for Noel said he could not confirm the report.
If it is true, Noel's neighbours would include Heartbeat actor Nick Berry and TV funnyman Steve Coogan.
Noel has recently been seen in the Sidewinder and Marlborough pubs in Brighton.
He was spotted supping pints of Guinness and stayed in a quiet hotel in Kemp Town.
Noel has also popped into the Moshi Moshi sushi restaurant in Bartholomew Square, Brighton.
The new home would add to his list of properties, which include an £800,000 apartment in London and a £1 million country retreat in Buckinghamshire.
