Three family members of Worthing Excelsior Cycling Club are leaving to join London-based VC Londres for next season.
Sean McClelland, 17, and his sister Kathryn, 15, believe that the move will give them more chance of national success.
VC Londres have a number of up and coming young riders already.
Their eight-year-old brother Neil, who has won a number of juvenile events, is also moving.
VC Londres members include Thomas White, Jason Cattermole and Thomas House, who starred when they raced at Hove Park during the summer.
Kathryn made a guest appearance this year for the Herne Hill track team and also rode for the British Schools team in an international race in Holland.
The Upper Beeding trio have given their decision a lot of thought.
Father Vern said: "They have thought long and hard during the season and felt they would benefit by having experienced clubmates to ride with in track and road races."
