I would like to know why the article about the proposed closure of the Hove Visitor Information Centre (Argus, December 11) began, "A visitor information centre is to be closed", before the councillors had even agreed such a thing!
Half-way down the article I read, "If councillors agree, the centre will shut...". It looks as if Brighton and Hove Council tourism councillor Ian Duncan's word is law!
I, and many other residents, will really miss the centre and the services it offers.
