A pantomime cast has dedicated its performances to the memory of 11-year-old Lauren Bevan who died in a plane crash last month.
The Magic Lamp, which was performed by members of the young Fishers Farm Players and the Billingshurst Dramatic Society, was dedicated to the memory of Lauren who was a member of the Young Billingshurst Dramatic Society.
Lauren and her father Peter, 43, of Cranham Avenue, Billingshurst, died when the Piper Arrow light plane they were in crashed in Berkshire during a pleasure flight in December.
Lauren, a pupil at The Weald School, Billingshurst, had starred in the dramatic youth group's Shake, Ripple and Roll performance just before her tragic death.
Jackie Charman, of the Billingshurst Dramatic Group, said: "Lauren starred in our production Shake, Ripple and Roll in September and when you've got 20 or so kids on stage there are always a couple who shine and she was one of them.
"She was a lovely girl and many of the young people miss her."
The Billingshurst Dramatic Society is now preparing for its next production in February of Noel Coward's comedy Relative Values.
The show is being performed at the Women's Hall in Billingshurst from February 21, to 24.
