A man who has been in a coma since June following an attack at a pub has died.
Brian Heslip was assaulted and severely injured at the Sussex Arms in East Grinstead on June 4 last year.
He never regained consciousness and died in Crawley Hospital on December 31.
Now police have renewed appeals for people who witnessed the attack or who know anything about it to come forward.

A man has been charged in connection with the assault.
