Mikey Graham from Irish heart-throb band Boyzone has cancelled next month's Eastbourne gig.
The singer was due to appear at the Congress Theatre on February 10, but has postponed his Meet Me Halfway Tour so it will coincide with the release of his album and single.
Due to other events at the theatre, it has not been possible to reschedule the concert for a date later in the year.
Theatre spokesman Tim Sitwell said it was in the process of contacting everyone who had bought a ticket.
He said: "We are all disappointed here and the fans must be too.
"But because we had not really started advertising the concert not many tickets have been sold.
"It's a shame but I suppose it's just one of those things."
