A man exposed himself to a group of 11-year-old girls in Eastbourne.
He then performed an obscene gesture before his horrified victims could run away.
The man had been seen hanging around in Brassey Avenue in the Hampden Park area, close to a veterinary surgery, before the attack at 5.20pm on Wednesday.
He was 5ft 5in tall and had mousey brown shaved hair and a black roll-neck jumper.
