An Uckfield company has been named one of the best 50 in the country to work for.
Trifast plc was ranked 26th in the Sunday Times 50 Best Companies to Work For list and bosses will receive a trophy from Trade and Industry Secretary Stephen Byers on February 15.
The project aimed to identify businesses where people enjoy working and was backed by the Government.
Malcolm Diamond, chief executive of Trifast, which employs more than 300 people in Uckfield and Brighton, said: "I am thrilled that we have been recognised as one of the country's best employers. Our philosophy has always been that our people are our greatest asset.
"We recognise that our products are not the most exciting in the world and that is all the more reason to make the workplace stimulating and challenging and as much fun as possible."
Trifast makes industrial fasteners and was formed in 1973.
