I am from Thailand, taking a short English course here.
I have heard most Brighton people are frustrated with buses here but the situation is not perfect in my own country.
In Thailand, buses have no button for us to press when we want to get off, so they have to stop at every bus stop, which I think is a cause of traffic congestion.
On the other hand, we have conductors who enable the buses to move off more quickly. This is very different from Brighton, where we cannot find bus conductors.
So, from my point of view, having bus conductors in Thailand can be a trade-off with the more efficient way buses stop in Brighton.
