In Brighton almost all the buses lower their step when mothers with prams and elderly people get on and off.
This does not happen in my country. I have also met a lot of friendly drivers here - again, a big difference.
But the one thing I'm really irritated about is that most buses are not punctual.
On several occasions the buses have been cancelled, so I've had to wait for a long time in the heavy rain. What use is a timetable if it isn't followed?
