I am a Korean studying in Brighton. I want to talk about Brighton's bus system, but this time it's not complaints but congratulations.
When I first used your buses, I was so impressed by the bus pass system - one day, one week, one month, three months - it is so convenient. In my country, we have to pay every time we get on.
How about special places in buses?
The pram spaces are so good and these would be appreciated by Korean parents, who can't take their prams on board.
Finally, easy access. Whenever people get on the buses, the steps are lowered and this makes it easy for the elderly or people with shopping.
I know many people in Brighton criticise their bus system, but if they thought instead about some of its merits they would feel more comfortable when they travel.
