The owner of a building in Hove has offered a cash reward after it was damaged by a blaze early on Saturday.
The fire brigade was called to the building in Wilbury Grove at 3.15am.
The building was uninhabited and under renovation. It suffered internal damage in the fire.
Police are treating the blaze as suspicious.
A spokesman said: "The owner has offered a substantial reward for information which may lead to a prosecution."
