On February 9 and 10, Portslade Division of St John Ambulance held a collection at Sainsbury's in Benfield Valley.
We raised £703.25 and would like to thank all those who donated to the charity. This collection started our appeal to raise £35,000 over the next five years, to replace our ambulance and equipment.
All members of St John Ambulance give up their time voluntarily and receive a uniform and first-aid training before going on duty. Anyone wishing to join should contact me.
