Crawley's Michael Alldis will make a third defence of his British super-bantamweight title against Patrick Mullings at Wembley Conference Centre on April 7.
The bout will be a repeat of the showdown which saw Alldis claim the title 15 months ago. The pair also met at amateur level when Mullings beat Alldis in the ABA final.
Promoters Matchroom turned to Mullings again after Fulham's Stephen Oates turned down the chance to fight Alldis.
Alldis, 32, said: "He Mullings hasn't fought for seven months and he was beaten up pretty badly in his last fight.
"He has been bugging me for 17 years and I would like to erase him from my memory once and for all."
The Wembley date will act as a support show for Naseem Hamed's world title showdown with Marco Antonia Barrera in Las Vegas on the same evening.
