SKINCARE SALE: Boots is in talks to sell French skincare brands Onagrine, Cutisan, Solubacter and Nobacter, part of its Boots Healthcare International division.
RISING SHARE: WH Smith News has clinched a deal with Frontline, the magazine company representing major publishers such as EMAP, BBC, Haymarket and Attic Futura, to continue distribution of Frontline's business. The renewed three-year contract increases the WH Smith share of Frontline business from 28 per cent to 30per cent.
JUMPED UP: Regus, which provides serviced offices, said turnover for the year to the end of December jumped 110 per cent to £421.1 million, while pre-tax losses reduced to £3.9 million. On the back of continuing strong trading conditions, it is accelerating its new centre-opening programme in the first half of this year.
