A man charged with robbing a Worthing post office was today remanded in custody.
Roy Davis, 42, of Chadbourne Close, Brighton, will appear at Chichester Crown Court on March 14.
Davis appeared before Worthing magistrates today charged with robbery.
He is accused of taking more than £2,240 from a post office on Lyndhurst Road in an armed raid last Wednesday.
A woman arrested on Thursday in connection with the alleged robbery has been released on police bail.
