The seaside cottage which tragic TV presenter Paula Yates bought as a holiday retreat has been put on the market for £175,000.
Miss Yates, 40, bought the 19th century five-bedroom house in Old Town, Hastings, shortly before her death from a heroin overdose in September last year.
The three-storey house was used frequently last summer by Miss Yates, who became a familiar face at functions and church visits.
Friends said she found Hastings an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of London.
The house is being sold by John Bray estate agents in High Street, Hastings.
