Well, another week has come to an end and the reality that the season is almost over is starting to hit me.

It is always hard on a player to have their season come to an end, especially when the season has been a disappointing one. All of us are going to have to deal with a whole summer of thinking about all the things we could have done or should have done.

Hopefully we will all take the disappointment of the past season and use it to make us work harder. I know that I don't want to have another season like this one. The only way I know to have a better season than the year before is to work as hard as possible in the summer.

After visiting my family in Ontario in May, I am going to go to Vancouver for the summer. There, I will meet up with my college coach and a bunch of friends who will also be home from playing overseas for as much training and weightlifting as I can handle.

This is what I have done for the past few years, however, this year is a little bit different. In college, by the time summer came around, I was so burnt out from school and basketball that I felt I needed a long break before beginning summer training.

While the intensity of playing professionally has been greater than playing in college, my overall lifestyle has been quite a bit easier. It has been really nice to come home from practice to relax in front of the TV rather than the computer screen, like I did last year.

I think that after a few days to get my legs rested I will be able to begin full on summer training.

I know that the members of the team are planning to work very hard this summer. I know that Errol is planning to meet up with his buddy Steve Ogunjimi in London for summer workouts.

Demetric isn't too sure where he will end up this summer, but you can be sure that he will be where the games are. Whether it is the USBL or the LA Summer league or back at his school, he will be playing.

I know how much Wil loves the summer leagues in Philadelphia, I am sure he will be playing there as much as possible when he isn't changing diapers.

Mike, James and Danny are planning to play in a tournament in Spain this summer. I am sure that they will be playing all around England up until that point and I know that Coach Dunning is going to have them lifting weights at the David Lloyd Club.

I am not sure where Kevin is planning to be this summer but I know that he too will be working as hard as ever on his skills and finding games around near his school.
