The software is clear and easy to understand while the various screens are functional and uncluttered.

Inputting data is a breeze and even the VAT element is relatively simple and straightforward. My only reservation would be the rather complicated backup procedure.

But no matter what accountancy software package you use, backup sequences can be tricky until you have learned them properly.

The software allows the user to input data in minutes from various sources, including multiple bank accounts and can create customised reports.

The book-keeping reports are both clear and concise and could easily reduce accountancy fees because they are so easy to understand. Cash-based VAT accounting is avail-able, using the format of an actual VAT return so all the information is exactly where it is expected to be.

There are no new forms to learn and the whole VAT process is straightforward.
