Am I alone in thinking the sufferings of the traders at Brighton's Open Market have been to a greater purpose?
This fiasco, by which Brighton and Hove City Council is unable to construct something as simple as a canopy and sneers arrogantly when this is pointed out, means people are fully justified in questioning its ability to sustain any of the more grandiose schemes by which it sets such store.
Why does it serve us with such a low level of competence?
