What happened over the weekend made sure it was a really happy Easter for football fans in Sussex.
The Seagulls finally soared out of Division Three where they have languished for too long.
Micky Adams and the boys cracked open the champagne as they celebrated with jubilant fans at their temporary home at Withdean yesterday.
There were smiles all round and tears of joy from supporters who have stuck by their team through thick and thin.
The lean, dark days when the Albion did not have a home to call their own are now an unpleasant memory.
So what better way to celebrate the move up to Division Two than an early decision on a new ground for our local heroes?
