More buses will run across Brighton and Hove when the new summer timetable starts at the end of the month.
There will be extra services along New Church Road and Portland Road and to Mile Oak and Whitehawk.
Brighton and Hove Buses will provide a more frequent daytime service between Hove and Brighton station and a new link from parts of Hollingbury and Ditchling Road direct to Hove and Portslade.
Buses on the Metro Line 1 route will run every seven minutes and service 6 will be increased from every 20 to every 15 minutes during the daytime.
Metro Line 49 journeys running to Southwick will be cut back to Portslade Station and be replaced by a new extension of Service 26A.
Service 2 will be combined with Service 20 with some journeys running through from Rottingdean to Steyning.
Other journeys to and from Steyning will be numbered 2X providing a limited stop service into Hove and Brighton.
Alternate daytime journeys on Service 14 from Peacehaven are being diverted to serve the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
Full details of the new timetables will be available in a new edition of Bus Times available from Friday, via the company's web site at www.buses.co.uk, or on 01273 886200.
