MONDAY: Boss Micky Adams salutes Michel Kuipers for his role in a club record 22 clean sheets in a season.
"Michel knew he had faults, but he has worked ever so hard," says Adams. "He is a model professional.
"He's had some good coaching from Mike Kelly and Keelo (John Keeley) and we are reaping the rewards."
TUESDAY: The Football League Board asks an independent panel to consider raising their recommended nine-point punishment for Chesterfield for financial irregularities.
Albion's trip to Halifax is washed out for the second time this month.
The Seagulls' frustration is diluted by a 2-1 defeat for Cardiff at Mansfield which leaves them one point away from the title.
Adams says: "It made the journey a bit more bearable for us. There were some irate fans at Halifax and I felt sorry for them, but the referee's decision was quite correct."
WEDNESDAY: Bobby Zamora declares a desire to stay with the Seagulls as the young hotshot receives the Nationwide player of the month award for March.
"We've had a wonderful season and all the lads have enjoyed it, so I see no reason why anyone would want to leave," says Zamora.
"At the moment I am happy playing my football here and that's that."
Plans to present Albion with the Third Division trophy at the final home game against Chesterfield next Tuesday are thrown into confusion by the punishment delay for the Spireites.
THURSDAY: Albion fans raise money for a giant 64ft x 32ft flag celebrating promotion.
Organiser Simon Sissling reveals: "I have spoken to Martin Perry at the club and he said it could go up behind the south stand to block people's free view from the trees behind.
"The other main idea is to take it to away games next season to help create a party atmosphere."
The postponed match with Halifax is re-arranged for next Thursday which means a hectic finale of four games in seven days for the Seagulls.
FRIDAY: Adams announces friendlies at Gillingham on July 24 and at home to Sheffield United on August 3, plus another pre-season tour of Southern Ireland from July 25 to 31.
