We are given to understand Gordon Brown has a cash surplus of £37 billion.
If this is the case, should he not be honour-bound to meet the cost of security, maintenance etc in respect of the Dome, which is given as £1 million a month.
This could serve as a timely lesson to all those involved in this costly failed venture not to be so profligate with public money.
Leave the Lottery money alone. It is not there to pay Labour's debts.
