It is almost as familiar a status symbol as his trademark monocle and fancy cane, at least on the streets of Brighton and Hove.

Former boxing champ Chris Eubank is being filmed with his juggernaut as part of a TV series.

He is taking part in a new series called Ghetto Fabulous which will be shown on the digital channel BBC Choice next month.

The new six-part series centres on lifestyle choices. It will feature exclusive interviews with Eubank, along with other stars including Puff Daddy, Lil' Kim and style gurus Dolce and Gabbana.

Eubank, who lives in Hove, has been busy filming scenes throughout the city centre and on the seafront.

Shoppers have seen him being quizzed by the show's presenter Cola Birling.

He was chosen for the show because it "celebrates unashamed opulence and luxuriates in it", according to the producers.

Eubank's £100,000 juggernaut bears the personalised registration plate I KO and the sound from its siren has become familiar on the streets.

It is one of a string of top-of-the-range models owned by the boxer. He hit the headlines in 1997 when he took delivery of a 20ft Gulf War troop carrier, called a Hummer.
