Hastings Town returned to winning ways with a 2-0 win at Ashford in the Eastern division.
Hastings took the lead after only four minutes when striker Paul Jones was brought down in the area and Terry White converted the spot-kick.
The home defence continued to soak up the pressure and conceded a second goal on 24 minutes.
Home goalkeeper Dan Noden lost possession and Graham Webb netted for his first senior goal.
Ashford had more of the game in the second half but seldom threatened the Hastings goal.
