Icon, the Brighton-based jewellery company, provides accessory ranges for names such as BHS, Principles, Evans and Tesco and its own shop in Nile Street, Brighton.
It has just refurbished its headquarters at Home farm Business Park, where it imports and exports jewellery from around the world for distribution to leading stores in the UK and abroad.
Managing director Carly Read said: "We were based in Lewes for ten years and had already decided to make the move to a larger base in Brighton when the floods hit.
"Luckily we lost very little to the rain as the bulk of our business had already been transferred across."
The headquarters stretch across 42,000sqft, split between a ground floor warehouse and offices above.
A quiet area, known as the oasis, has also been established and plans are under way for a cafe with a catwalk. The company currently employs 50 staff.
Ms Read said: "We have done everything we can to make the work area a relaxing place to be. There is plenty of open space and windows. I don't even have a door to my office."
