How sad to read of the death of Alf Tugwell by heart attack brought on through harassment by the yob element that seems to be becoming the norm on Brighton and Hove's council estates.

When will Brighton and Hove City Council start dishing out anti-social behaviour orders on the families of the yobs that appear at will to run riot around the estates?

The sooner the council gets its house in order by serving notice of eviction on those responsible for anti-social behaviour, the sooner the vast percentage of decent, law-abiding residents of the city's estates can live with no fear and in peace.

If only for the memory of Alf Tugwell, let's get rid of them.
