The other morning, while out with my pet, I noticed an Alfa Romeo Twin Spark 16v with a road tax disc dated November 2000.
This was approximately 10.30am. The car was still there at 6pm.
A couple of days later, while on my same chore, I noticed the car was still there but without the tax disc and, up to the time of writing, it is still at the bottom end of Waterloo Street, Hove.
I am extremely annoyed because I have a car and keep it taxed. I also have a resident's disc. How is it these people who can afford expensive cars are flouting the system?
