My thanks to all the players and those who turned up to support the Crowborough friendly.
All were a credit to our club and nothing was too much trouble.
The spirit in which they played the game was brilliant. I can't ever remember enjoying a friendly game so much. But Michel Kuipers should stick to being a goalie and Gary Hart should stay up front - mind you, he did save a penalty.
