Sammy Donnelly wants to complete a pre-season promotion double for Worthing.
The Rebels have already secured a visit from Nationwide Third Division champions Albion on July 17.
Now Donnelly wants to bring Division One new boys Rotherham back to Sussex.
Ronnie Moore's side knocked Rebels out of the FA Cup 18 months ago and visited Woodside Road last summer, when they were beaten 2-1.
Donnelly said: "I have congratulated Rotherham and told them that, if they want to to come down in pre-season, they will be more than welcome."
Worthing are confident Lee Weston will resist renewed attempts by Bognor to take him to Nyewood Lane.
