Pensioners Betty and Brian Harris thought they were being hoaxed when they were told they had won The Argus Spot The Ball contest.
It took time for the couple from Patcham in Brighton to realise it was true they had won the jackpot of £9,500 through one of the 200 crosses they marked on an Albion picture.
Now they are trying to work out which one made the winning mark. But when they're sharing the spoils, there's no point in getting cross about it.
