When tennis star Pat Cash wants his swimming pool cleaned or Anne Robinson has a loose slate, it is a Sussex company that comes to the rescue.
Private Client Management (PCM) has targeted its services at people whose income ranges from £300,000 to £2 million and promises to take care of all their needs.
Anne, Pat and Formula One ace Jackie Stewart are among its clients.
The man behind the company Chris Farley-West describes himself as a poacher turned gamekeeper because of his previous role as an insurance broker.
Now his company is used by the agents of celebrities, brokers, legal firms and accountants who want their clients to have a worry-free life.
Its services include anything from arranging for a chimney to be swept or a grand wedding reception.
Mr Farley-West said: "We are not insurance brokers, we are personal risk managers and we make life easier for our clients.
"Our clients are typically cash rich and time poor. They run major companies, or have busy schedules travelling around the world and have little time for things not directly involved with the running of their business.
"Their time is precious to them and, by taking on responsibility for many of the peripherals which can take up a large part of their free time, we are able to protect their lifestyle.
"We have a team ready to act on our clients' behalf. We can mend a broken fence or arrange for off-shore investments.
"If they need to make an insurance claim, PCM will do it for them. Everything from filling in the claim form to getting the work done. It's up to us to make sure their lives are not inconvenienced."
At the company's head offices in Billingshurst, Mr Farley-West has an impressive portfolio of testimonials from the rich and famous he has worked for. With a team of five in Sussex and contacts throughout the country and in the City, PCM is ready for any emergency.
The company was started eight months ago but its roots can be traced back to the early Eighties when Mr Farley-West teamed up with colleague Mark McCormack, of International Management Group, and formed Europea-IMG. They created an insurance network to provide an exceptional level of service aimed at professional sports people worldwide.
The new company is carrying on the theme on a much wider basis. Its clients include broadcasters, sports stars and lottery winners.
So next time racing hero Jacky Stewart needs to make travel arrangements, it could well be PCM that gets him on the road.
