We can all sympathise with Adam Trimingham for his harrowing experience with rail travel on a Sunday.
But when he says, "My vote will go to the party which can sort out public transport in a way that will benefit us all" he certainly can't mean the Tory Party, which created all this chaos.
Nor can he be referring to the Liberal Democrat Party, which has only a handful of MPs and could never form a government.
His best hope is to vote for the Labour Party and - like me - campaign for Railtrack to be re-nationalised as a start.
