I notice there are suggestions from environmental groups that car manufacturers and producers of white goods should be held responsible for the disposal of the old scrap machinery they have created.
So how about making the manufacturers of disposable nappies provide some facilities for the disposal of the digusting products they make?
I feel really sorry for the binmen who have to deal with this obnoxious waste. The state of the litter bins on the seafront, overflowing with inadequately-wrapped nappies, is just foul.
I understand it is possible to catch polio and other diseases from the nappies of recently-vaccinated babies. What about this health risk to the poor binmen?
