Now Brighton has become totally gridlocked with vehicles and masses of people, I do not drive into the centre. Instead, I use the bus and I get a bird's-eye view from the top deck.
I would like to know why our gardens are now being used as picnic areas. The front of the Royal Pavilion (which is now looking so dingy) usually has groups of people, dogs, bikes and drinkers, all sitting around on the front steps. The same can be said of the gardens of St Peter's Church.
Brightonians would never have treated the gardens like this in the past. We were proud of our home, which is why people came every year for their holidays. The place now looks the pits.
Please can we have our old Brighton back?
