I would like to correct any mistaken impressions among Argus readers as a result of the coverage of Lord Bassam's visit to health services at Nevill Avenue, Hove ("Minister cheers drive on crime", Argus, May 30).
Holy Polyclinic at Nevill Avenue, built three years ago, goes from strength to strength with an ever-increasing range of services provided by local NHS trusts.
The new £4.73 million extension to Mill View Hospital is being built on the adjoining site, extending facilities at the hospital which, like Hove Polyclinic, opened in 1998.
