A young woman helped her boyfriend twice beat up a man in the centre of Worthing, leaving the victim with a broken jaw.
The couple first attacked the 36-year-old as he walked along Railway Approach between 2am and 2.15am As the dazed victim staggered away, they followed him and subjected him to more blows in North Street.
The woman was described as 5ft 7in tall and skinny with long blonde hair.
She wore a blue and white T-shirt and trousers and spoke with a northern accent Her companion was 5ft 8in tall, had untidy black collar-length hair and spoke with a Sussex accent. He wore a blue T-shirt and jeans.
