Mayor funding by Roger French is politically impartial? What a joke - best laugh I've had for a while.
Presumably, Mr French must be one of the few people who hasn't read Lord Bassam's confidential discussion document which concludes with the line, "We (the Labour group) also need to consider a strategy for helping create an arms-length, non-Labour Party Campaign".
That campaign is chaired by you, Mr French. Didn't they tell you?
