As the Sussex regional representative for the Association of British Drivers (ABD), I would like to disassociate our organisation from John Gallagher's "British Association of Motorists" (August 29), of which we have never heard despite his claim to have 5,000 members.
While the ABD obviously has objections to the parking scheme, we most certainly do not condone naming of traffic wardens in this way.
