The two men threatened staff at Going Places, The Boulevard, Crawley, on Saturday, August 18, at 3.50pm, before making off with "a substantial amount" of cash, travellers cheques and foreign currency.
The actual amount is not being disclosed.
The robbers escaped through the back of the shop and drove off in a red Rover. No weapons were used but staff were left shocked.
The robber in the CD-fit is aged 25 to 30, black, 5ft 10in or 5ft 11in tall, slim, with a shaved head, oval face and goatee beard. He was wearing a grey jacket.
