We have had some respite from the photographs The Argus regularly prints of Ivor Caplin MP.
I am sure, in the meanwhile, people have not forgotten how to recognise him.
There was surely no need for three photographs of him last week: Outside Cheetahs Gym (August 29) and, on August 31, one had no sooner seen him pictured in his campaign against prostitution than one turned a couple of pages and there his face was again, this time talking about estate agents.
I feel sure even those who crave pictures of Mr Caplin must agree one can have too much of a good thing and that there is virtue in restraint.
