Crowhurst Park are champions of the East Sussex League following a crushing final day victory over Herstmonceux.
Michael Legg's side also appear to have set a unique record in winning divisions three, two and one in successive seasons.
With Ringmer waiting to pounce if Park slipped up, Legg knew his side had to win and they did not disappoint.
Legg said: "We have won three consecutive league titles and I don't think that has been done before.
"What we have done is we have recruited the best players from the Hastings area who are not playing County League cricket and we have gelled them together as a team.
"Last year Victor (Walcott) took 70 wickets for us but performances have been spread all around the team this year."
Winning the crucial toss at Herstmonceux, Park soon had the home side in trouble at 6-2. Dave Procter (22) showed determination with a gritty innings but Richard Coleman (5-15 off 9.4 overs) bowled with pace and aggression and Darren Corke (2-33) joined him as wickets fell at regular intervals. Mike Paige (36) and Greg Watson (20) held formalities up for a while but the hosts were finally dismissed for 120.
In reply, Martin Barry (80 not out) and Martin Menezes (23 not out) eased Park to victory and, in doing so, condemned Herstmonceux to relegation.
Ringmer claimed a 30 point win over Ditchling but it was not enough. They have won three more games than the new champions but have to settle for runners-up spot.
Murray Barnett took centre stage on Saturday, claiming 3-26 as Ditchling were dismissed for 119 and then top-scoring with 32 as Ringmer reached victory with five wickets to spare.
Chiddingly secured third spot after Andy Samuel struck 100 not out as they recovered from 90-7 to reach a winning target of 254-8. Tom Carr (25) joined Samuel in a century stand after Darren Howard (58) had earlier pinned the innings together. This was in reply to Wadhurst's 252-4.
At the other end of the table, DPB won their relegation scrap with Rye, who now drop to division two.
Rye held the advantage going into the game but DPB set a total of 210-4 declared which included contributions from Terry Penfold (69), Ian Rippengal (46) and James Bentley (33 not out). Graeme Peters (30) was the only batsman to reach double figures as Rye were dismissed for 72 with Jamie Sykes claiming 7-24, his second successive seven wicket haul.
Terry Lucas (75) and Grant Horscroft (57) helped Fletching to 213-6 away to Newick, for whom skipper David Hutchinson took 3-33. The hosts held on for a draw at 131-9 with Sam Carter scoring 85 in the face of fine bowling from Glenn Potter (6-59) and Horscroft (3-30).
In division two, Heathfield Park clinched the second promotion spot after favourites Battle slipped to defeat at Seaford.
Battle restricted Seaford to 123-6, with Brian Scollay taking 4-36 as Paul Mason hit 38. Neil Mortimer hit 27 in reply as Battle collapsed to 92 all out. John Smith and Chris Stanyard took two wickets apiece.
Seaford had hoped a maximum points win would be enough to be promoted themselves but Heathfield also took the full 30 points against relegated Lewes St Michael's and go up instead.
Ian Cox (86) and James Heywood (54) helped Heathfield reach 210-6. Simon Briggs and Chris Tyler then shared six wickets as St Michael's were dismissed for 127 (Matt Savage 36).
The relegation clash between Buxted Park and Iden ended in a draw, which sent Buxted down. Phil Shanks hit 76 as Iden made 177 all out, with Nick Walters taking 5-47. In a terrific finish, Buxted closed on 175-9 with Martin Coleman (36) top-scoring as David White claimed 5-64.
Champions Glynde were held to a draw by Rottingdean. Adam McBrown hit 44 as Glynde made 210-9 but Mark Smith (41 not out) and Mark Stansfield (34) ensured a draw for Rottingdean at 138-6.
Dave Taylor struck 48 as Barcombe posted 200-8 against St Peters, for whom skipper Matthew Knight took 5-55. Barney Douglas hit 32 in reply but St Peters were torn apart by Keith Hunter, who claimed 7-51 as they fell for 124.
