No one could have done much more for her sister than Mandy Fingermeissl.

When Natalie Milham suffered from kidney failure, her older sister decided to help her lead a normal life again.

She donated a kidney and, after the operation, both sisters are on the way to making a full recovery.

It was a big decision to take and no wonder Mandy felt nervous when she heard she had a blood type which enabled her to be the donor She has the satisfaction of knowing her brave act has worked wonders for Natalie and that it has brought the whole family even closer together than before.
