Striker Gavin Jones hit his first goals for Worthing as the Rebels whipped a weak Dulwich side 6-2 at Woodside Road.
Worthing stormed to a 4-1 lead by half-time as their fourth division one win was gained in emphatic style against opponents still disorganised following relegation from the premier last season.
Rebels, chasing a third win in their last four league games, led 2-0 after only 11 minutes with the unmarked Simon James heading in a Davis corner before Gavin Geddes struck to convert a cross from the right by Ben Carrington.
Former Worthing United forward Jones seized on a pass from Geddes to fire the third from a tight angle on 21 minutes, and the goal rush continued three minutes later with Worthing defender Andrew Beech deflecting a shot from Warren Burton into his own net.
Carrington made it 4-1 by converting a Davis corner from point-blank range on the stroke of half-time, his 50th goals for the club.
And, after Rebels keeper James Wastell had denied Lee Endersby, former St Albans midfielder Davis (62) further increased the lead.
Burton followed up to score Dulwich's second on 69 minutes when Wastell could only parry an effort from Marc Coyle.
But Jones completed a satisfying day for Rebels by seizing on a Carrington cross to thump in a left foot shot past keeper James Mercer 16 minutes from time.
