Simon Morgan has paid tribute to the dressing room cameraderie which has established Albion as promotion contenders again.
The veteran stopper believes team spirit has been instrumental in the Seagulls' rise to the top of the Second Division with Tuesday's last-gasp home victory over Stoke.
Morgan, 35, was reunited with Micky Adams in the summer when he signed on a Bosman free transfer after 11 years with Fulham.
"I came here because I knew the manager and the players and I knew we would have a real go this season," he said.
"The whole squad are doing a great job at the moment. Everyone is working hard and it's a good place to be.
"They are a great set of boys, really close. It is one of the best dressing rooms I have ever been involved in and it's a pleasure to come into work.
"Everyone is relaxed. There is a lot of banter from the youngest to the oldest, but a lot of respect as well.
"You know that everyone who crosses that white line is going to give everything they possibly have for the cause.
"Even those not playing at the moment are pulling their weight and giving their all.
"There will be times this season when it doesn't go for us, but I know even in those times we will be giving it everything.
"The one thing about these boys is that they work tremendously hard for each other."
Adams has also acknowledged the Musketeer-type all for one and one for all mentality yielding five wins, two draws and a solitary League defeat at Northampton ahead of today's clash against Bournemouth.
"I have learnt over the course of the last two and a half years that I have put a squad together that shows a lot of passion and pride," Adams said.
"They don't like being beaten and that is a good habit to get into. We have a resolute bunch of professionals who work hard and deserve all the plaudits."
Albion's Second Division rivals Tranmere crushed Wrexham 5-0 at Prenton Park last night with Stuart Barlow scoring a hat-trick.
