Singer Rick Bonner has written a song to raise money for the victims of the terrorist attacks in America.

He is asking for other singers of musicians in the region to come forwards to record the song.

Rick, who lives in Littlehampton, has been a regular visitor to New York during his stints singing on cruise liners.

He said the city was one of his favourite places and he could not believe his eyes as the events of last week began to unfold.

Rick said he felt he wanted to do something to help those directly affected by the terrorism so he put his thoughts on paper and composed a song entitled 'You Will See'.

He said: "I decided I wanted to do something positive and music is all I have to offer.

"I write songs like other people write journals."

You Will See is an up-beat soul-gospel number with a positive message and Rick said he felt it would be a good catalyst for the local community to become involved and raise money.
