More cutbacks in Brighton and Hove bus services are about to hit those who rely on this method to get around our city. The hardest hit, as usual, are the senior citizens, because it is they who are left to struggle up hills with shopping, all because somebody has decided to make an economic saving by removing a few bus routes.
Why, for goodness sake, cut out the No 35 which runs through West Hove? A lot of elderly people live in this area and they are about to be deprived of their one and only means of getting themselves and their shopping up this hilly part of the city.
Think again, Brighton and Hove City Council, and spare some understanding for the old folk of Brighton and Hove who once helped to make this city great.
